We also use the tool to determine surface planarity and topography in comparing grain structures that change with the many chemistries we utilize for building structures such as bump, patterns, streets, pads, and MEMS.

Many of our over 400 customers will pass through our lab at one time or other to qualify, perform DOE, and plate production product that requires an accurate and performance profile tool.
